Responsibilities

-Verify the accuracy and completeness of employee timecards

-Follow up with HCPs on missing timecards

-Input data from employee timecards into computerized scheduling system

-Complete payroll for all HCPs and/or office staff within required weekly time frame

-Respond to HCPs questions/issues that involve paystub retrieval

-Process early check requests as needed on a daily basis within required time frame

-Tie out reports confirming all HCPs will be paid timely

-Thoroughly journal all conversations as instructed

-Other administrative duties/projects as assigned

Qualifications

-Computer experience and skills with, but not limited to, Microsoft Office

-Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skill

-Ability to multi-task & manage your time

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Payroll expereince not required
