Responsibilities

-Communicate constantly, clearly, and effectively over the phone with suppliers, health care professionals and clients -Support suppliers throughout their submission of candidates for open needs of the facilities we service -Coordinate training of GrapeTree services to new clients -Provide excellent customer service to enhance suppliers, health care professionals and facility client retention, to include replying to messages (via telephone, Email, fax, etc.) in a timely and appropriate manner

Qualifications

-Knowledge of software frequently used, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, scanning software and Windows -Basics of database entry of project management setups preferred -Familiarity and comprehension of Internet capabilities -Strong communication and organizational skills -Ability to Multitask -Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM -High level of customer service skills -High School Diploma or equivalent -Employee will be expected to be in 100% attendance during the entire portion of the 3-4 week new hire orientation and training. -Home internet capabilities must be minimum of 25mb download & 5mb upload
